I need a swift kick in da butt!

Hey my good people!  I've missed ya'll!

Anywho down to business - I have seriously fallen off the red wagon!  I need some help getting back up in the wagon!  "we fall down but we get up" I gotta get back up again! Seriously I am so stressed out because I've gained 2 lbs and I am soooo lost on what I've GOT TO DO!  I need some help.  And the sad part is that I really have help because my Doctors office is so accessible it's ridiculous but I'm embarrassed  (can't be too embarrassed because I'm telling ya'll) to go to them because I know I'm going to get fussed at.

Well we have this program here called LEAP (Learning Everything Again Pays).  It's a $50 fee (a problem for me at the moment) but I really think it will help.  What I propose to do is see the nutritionist Bryn (who by the way had the lap band first and then had the gastric bypass- she looks great) and see what I can do to make a change FOR THE BETTER!

Anyway, I need some encouragement ya'll and prayers!

~Good News~  My birthday was last week - October 7th and I turned 37 years old and I feel great!
