Day 3

Today has been a stressful day.  I started out good.  I had oatmeal and water for breakfast.  Then I had two appointments scheduled in the field today so.....I had a hot pocket and water.  Then my boss called and wanted me to cancel my 2nd appointment and come back to the office (ugh ) for an emergency case.  So I stopped at McDonald's and got a ice cream cone.  Then got back in my truck and realized I needed gas.  So I went to get gas and realized there was no money on my card.  So I had to call my spouse and ask for gas money and drive all the way to her job to get it and then drive to get gas and all the way back to work. So mind you I live in NY and I have driven 60.3 miles so far today and I still have to go back home!  Also, I had a piece of cake  with butter cream frosting for my co-worker's going away party.  

It has not been a good day...
