I am only 1 pound away from being out of the over weight "category" and into the normal range........Once I get this last pound off I will have reached my Dr.'s goal in 8 months! I am so thrilled to be where I am today, I would still like to lose 7 more pounds and then really work on toning up. Wow.....I never thought I would be here.....Im so happy!!!
