Well had it done and feeling fine, got my first fill at 5 weeks and thought I had restriction with my 1 cc boy was that a joke!  no restriction, but seeing my doc on friday.  Cross your fingers I need this fill to work.

Yea! Finally after all my nagging and phone calls I have a date for surgery. It will be April 15th, 2008. I am so excited! So a little after 8:30am that day I will be joining you all on the otherside!

Well tomorrow is my psych evaluation and I am so nervous and excited. Vandy wont even scchedule my surgery until I have this and then they will schedule!     Any advice?  I am so nervous and so close!

So I met with Christian at Vandy on Monday!  He was so nice and kind to me.  I cannot believe though what a wall of reality came tumbling down when I saw the breakdown of how fat I am.  He said that I have PCOS and that I have some metabolic issues that make losing weight hard.  I am clear medically and all I need is an EGD to make sure I don't have a hernia.  A Psych eval and a nutritionist appts.  On another note he was under th impression that BCBS FEP doesn't cover the lap band on RNY  well I called the provider and gave them the procedure code and they do.  So I have my choice it looks like!  It cannot happen too soon.  He said my surgery would likely be the end of this year or the very beg. of next year!  On a brighter note I was down 8lbs since my pcp letter!  I cannot wait to be healthier, my baby deserves to see a healthy and trim and fit mom!
