Sixth Anniversary!

Well, I have not even looked at this blog for years.  But here is an update.  I started this journey at 227.  I got down to 103 - which was pretty small and am now 115.  I try to stay between 110 and 115.  I have had a tummy tuck and breast reduction, both because of extra skin.  For me, it was just part of the process and totally worth it.  People dont even believe I used to be heavy - I have confidence now that I never thought I would have.  The band isnt magic, you have to work it, but for me it has been life changing.  Size 0, no more CPAP, no health issues, except for some iron deficiency.

I will say I have had some changes in my personal life.  I am divorced (my choice), and my familly has had an adjustment period getting used to the new me - but things are stablizng now.  The band changed my life.  I have not had any significant complications, things get stuck every so often, but it is a small price to pay for a healthy body.
