I just got a call from a Nurse Case Manager with my insurance company. She called to let me know that my Dr office submitted info saying that I want to get WLS and she went thru all the requirements I need to meet and what to do. Im really excoted she called me that is soo AWESOME! I feel like now I know exactly how to make this all happen. I need to get copies of my medical records showing a two year weight history from my PCP and fax that to her. She also gave me the number to enroll in the required 6 month Healthy Weight Management Program I need to complete.

YEAH Im on my way! So exciteing.
