16 weeks out...

16 weeks ago I had the sleeve done. And its been a roller coaster ride Id have to say. I have never regreted having the surgery but there have been times when I ask myself if I was truly prepared...I have struggled with keeping food down since the surgery, and after about 14 weeks I think I learned I was eating to much even if I thought it wasn't that much. I got dehydrated (also had an inner ear infection) and was admitted into the hospital for 3 days in June. I would say that my weight loss to me is slow. I guess with throwing up as much as I was I would have lost faster but my Dr. said I'm ahead of the game. March 23 I was 297 and April 27 I had surgery today I weighed in at 225. (72 lbs) Hopefully I get motivated and get back to the gym soon.Hope everyone is doing great with their weight loss!!
