Surgery Date!!

I am brand spanking new to this forum. I am so glad to have so many different stories and opinions from everybody. My surgery date is July 24th, and will be having RNY. I am so very exicted and can hardly wait until this day. You are all an inspiration, and I hope next year I can be a success story! In my life I have always been a failure when it came to loosing weight... I pray this is my time to shine, to be successful!!! I will start my pre-op diet on July 10th and need to get some ideas as to what the best protein shake is? Fill me in!
