I use to be fat

Has anyone been watching this show on MTV?? I am hooked. I usually watch the biggest loser and stuff for a little added motivation/inspiration but 'I use to be fat" is my new favorite. It basically takes teens the summer before going into college and puts puts them on a fitness program with a personal trainor to change their lives. If you haven't seen it check it out it's on demand under MTV.
