CONGRATS ON YOUR ONE YEAR!!! I WAS JUST IN GILBERT, AZ THIS WEEKEND. I WISH I HAD KNOWN I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO MEET UP WITH SOMEONE WHO IS A YEAR OUT. MY SISTER LIVES IN VAL VISTA LAKES OFF LAKESIDE. HOT AS HECK THERE!!!! YIKES, IMAGINE IF YOU LIVED THERE A YEAR AGO. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU ARE DOING AWESOME!

Jennifer... Don't feel guilty about eating an apple... especially if it was peeled.. once you chew all of that down..its like water.. I wouldn't be all too concerned about that. Go easy on yourself!! Chris

Jennifer I am not sure if this will help or not. But after I had my first child I lost about 25 pounds in 2 months. I had my period 4 times threw that 2 months. I was so scared that something was wrong. So I saw my pcp and she told me that this is normal for women that lose weight this fast. It is my body getting rid of waste that is no longer needed. And that it will calm down. It was about the 6th month that I finally slowed down to where I got it once a month and only for 2-3 days. But now that I am big again and hopefully after the surger I might experice (sp) it all over again. If you are that worried. I would see your pcp or gyn. I hope this helped some. And I wish you all the luck.
