Hello everyone,
My name is Jessica Kern and I am new to all of this. My friend from work had told me all about this support group website. I thought I would try it out and I loved it so here I am. Well now to tell you about myself. I have been morbidly obese for all of my life. I have some health problems that contribute to my weight problem. I did not know about these problems until my husband and I was trying to have a baby. We went to RE doctor and they told me I had metabolic syndrome. I always known I was fat but never understood why I could not loose the weight. I was on WW for a year and a half now. I did curves, fit club, cardinal fit club, and diets out the wazoo. None of them worked for me. So, five years latter I am going to have the lap band done. I was so nerves about it that I would put it off. This time I am going all the way. I would love to have a family some day and this is my saving grace. So please wish me luck. I go for my consultation on June 14Th.
