January 2019 I have made the decision I will do my best to make myself healthier. I have lost and gained so many pounds in my life time!!!

Now, that I have the insurance that will cover my weight loss surgery I am going for it!!!

I am now waiting on the hospital to get back to me regarding a consultation. I have done the pre registration videos and hope to do the live seminar in February. Kansas weather can stink, so could not make it to the one that was scheduled yesterday.

I have been do research and reading personal stories. I will let you all know when I hear back from them and when I go for my consultation.
