Today Feb 6th, I arrived home yesterday and am feeling great. sore but great.  I was sleeved on the 2nd, rough wake up from surgery, and one mean nurse decided I should roll over 3 minutes after my surgery no pain meds.  Other than that, the staff at the QE2 were wonderful.  They made the healing process so much easier, I helped myself as well, did everything they asked, and got out of bed and walked the hallways.  Did my breathing exercizes and this worked great.  I drove home asleep in the passenger side from Halifax.  5 hours rough ride, but madeit.  Up and showered today now feeling much better.  I weighed myself today, had to, could not pass the scale.  I was 252 on Oct 31st. i followed the diet the clinic gave and before surgery was 235  I weighed today and was 223 that was nice to see.  I motivate anyway I can.

Ok tired now. off for a nap
