Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

Joanna J. I saw your question on OH emails and I wanted to encourage you to keep it together. Decide within yourself if this is something you truly want for a LIFETIME. This surgery is a tool for you to use for a lifetime to a help you in maintaining a good healthy weight. Don't be afraid and know that a little anixiety will be there because this is a major surgery and you've gotta believe that everything will be just fine. Pray and trust that God will guide the surgeon's hand and you will have a good recovery. Of course I had some of the same feelings but I had to re-evaluate my reasons for needing this surgery and I prayed for God to make everything alright and he blessed and everything was great!
