Hi I'm back again, it has been a long time. But happy to report I am at 217 from 325 so I am very happy. I also had 2 hip replacements and am able to walk, stand & enjoy life so much easier. I recently lost my job but I am getting ready to go job hunting and I haven't had to do that in 14 years so wish me luck. I enjoy coming to the OH because I receive strength from folks who had the same thing in common take care thanks for listening...
