Back again 1/18/2104

 Hi I have not been here for a long time. Reason had 2 hip surgeries,

lost job which meant lost medical insurance. Those are reasons not

excuses. Well now I'm back going to Dr. Tishler @ Hartford Hospital

on Tuesday 1/22/14. I want him to see if there's fluid left in my band 

and then start refilling it. I had my surgery done 4/30/2007. I was

325 lbs went down to 150 but regained in the past year, I am 

now 233 so time to get back on my journey.  Wish me luck &

send me prayers.
