Tomorrow is my two year anniversary and I look back tonight and I am proud and shocked at the amazing changes that have occured! The new healthy habits that I have adopted and the transformation is extreme and I am so proud of myself and my family and friends for all the love and support! my crazy life-i have two beautiful children, a husband of 10 years that supports anything and all that i do, a mom who is started to date for the first time since she meet my dad 33 years ago and we are fast approaching the anniversary of my dad's death. My dad, my guardian angel, i know when he is near, can feel him all around me, funny how they can make there presence known especially if they are angry! He is my motivation for this journey, too not become my father, beyond hope,,,,unwilling to change, to get help and really listen and want-want to get better, so here i am..almost two weeks out post op and had a few complications but feeling good. learning how to eat to live and not live to eat, small steps everyday and i readinto everything...i have a great support group and hope to make some great friends thru this adventure! take care and thank you for reading my readers digest version of my life
