I have been going a couple of days inbetween having bowel movements.  I was dropping weight like mad and then couldn't have bowel movement but didn't feel uncomfortable.  I had one tonight and now back to my lowest weight again but been taking stool softener.  Is it because I don't have enough in me to "build up"?  Is this normal for people and does it continue further out or something common in beginning.  I am 2 weeks out today post - op.  I started at 293.5lbs and tonight I am 259.5lbs.   Hope to hear from you guys soon.
