Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~JudyAnne~

Congratulations on taking the steps to take control and become a healthier new you. The journey is not "the easy way out" as the less knowledgeable might say, but well worth the effort. At almost 2 months I feel better everyday, my back no longer hurts, and I am off any BP medication already. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated hospital stay. Hugs and best wishes. Linda
