Hey Family,Just wanted to drop a quick line to say hello. I am just over 6 months and am almost at goal. I am down just about 70lbs and it feels unreal. I am so happy to have my life back. I can run, play bball with my daughter and just feel so much better. My pressure is way down (back to normal) and I haven't taken my meds consistently for that in about a month, so I hope my doc is not too mad at me. We will see what she says in April. She hasn't seen me since I was 2 weeks out, so she will be surprised too.
I have about 5 more lbs to go and I don't want to lose anymore but am actually cool where I am. Down from a size 20 (a tight 20) now back in a 12 skirt and 14 jeans. Can actually buy a large shirt from Express or a regular women's store. Feels good to walk by Lane Bryant because I can look at keep steppin. Best decision of my life.
Gotta work on my posture though because it's in need of improvement, plus I gotta stand tall now! Gotta get moving consistently too so I can tone. Life is good right now.
Had the initial fill to 3cc at 6 weeks and stayed there until I had .5cc taken out in early Feb because I was having some reflux and all is good now. I can eat a little more too, which is good. Hope all is well for everyone else. Until next time...
