Pouch stretch or the opening? - I'm confused! Still trying to learn about all of the ins and outs of this surgery. Does the pouch stretch which causes weight gain or is it the opening at the end of the pouch......

Sleeve vs RNY - OK, all of you vets out there, which surgery has the greater chance of stretching out, the sleeve or the pouch in the RNY? I'm thinking maybe the pouch.

What keeps us from going into starvation mode? - What keeps us from going into starvation mode with such a low calorie intake after surgery? Protein?
