Hello everyone,
My laparscopic gastric bypass was on 8/7/07 so i am 5 days post-op and doing pretty well. I am so glad i am past the surgery part of all this . I have been reading OH since 1 yr. ago getting ready for this . I will probably have questions for a few of you who are a few years out and maybe you can swing some advice my way. I look forward to meeting with you on OH and exchanging stories and ideas. JROSE

I am a little over 2 months out and have lost 40 lbs. I am so excited to be in a size 10 slacks..something I thought I would never see in my life time. Life is so much better when you feel better about yourself. My husband is very happy for me and is so glad I did go and have the gastric bypass done. Dr. Glass says I am doing well. The journey isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
