Post Surgery

I haven't posted since the day before my surgery becasue I haven't been feeling up to concentrating on anything. I'm finally feeling human today!

During my surgery they irritated my "vegal" nerve...which slowed my heart rate down to 35 sometimes down to 30. I was kept an extra day until it was in the upper 40s and mid 50s on a heart monitor.

The day home from surgery was pretty rough without all of the pain meds given at the hospital. The first night I was awake with a horrible headache.

The second night I decided to put up an air mattress to see if that was more "cushy" on my stomach and it worked miracles! Woke up this morning feeling tons better and did a lot of walking today.
