3 Month Post-Op

So today I went to my 3 month post-op appointment.  I have lost a total of 82 pounds.  I really didn't think that was all that awesome.  The nurse came in and said, "I have only seen one other person lose this much weight in three months."  I told her that included my pre-op weight and she said, "I know...you can't exclude that!"  I am very proud of myself.  I started at 386 and I am now 304.  So close to being under that 300 mark.  I am so happy with my results.  I have to work on feeling better about myself and being proud of my accomplishments.  Under 300...here I come!!!
