One Year Class

Yesterday I went to my one year class and it was pretty amazing.  I can't believe the changes that I have made in so many parts of my life.  I work out on a regular basis and love the way I feel.  This has been an amazing journey so far and I am excited for the next years to come.  There will be most likely many more since this surgery.  I am so thankful I made the decision and even more grateful I have had the support that I have.
