Dear James, Good luck to you tomorrow. I know its scary because its the unknown. Put your trust in your skilled surgeon's hands and know everyone will be praying for you. Your life will get so much better after you lose the weight. And it wont come back this time! Think positive and it will help you to get through the next few days. It only gets better each day. I am so excited for you, I am sure that you are nervous, but you will be just fine. Try not to worry too much, let all the beautiful nurses take care of you and try to be good...I know that last one is going to be difficult, but you will finally be a LOSER baby!!!
