i hate to post here today because I have let my weight creep back. On January 1 of this year I hit 200lbs. I am a carb addict and always have been. I’m convinced that, at least for me, carbs are the devil. I have decided to eat a Ketogenic diet. Since July 1 I am down 7lbs. I remember years ago a lady who I meet at pre-op support group posted here that she had been gaining and cut her carbs and was losing it again. So she was finding the same thing as I am. I must restrict my carbs.
