I am 58 years old and have been married for almost 34 years. I have two sons and two lovely daughters-in law. I have two grandsons and one granddaughter. I have lived in Oregon all of my life and love it here. My husband and I have two little Doxies and they are so funny. I love to sew and just finished a new sewing room/computer room. It's great. Now must get on with the sewing!!! We ride a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and own several special interest cars. A year ago I was having a lot of pain, difficulty with walking at the end of the work day, had sleep apnea, high blood pressure, elevated cholesteral and border line diabetes. My knees hurt, my hips hurt and getting up out of a chair was a major undertaking! I could no longer safely ride behind my husband on the motorcycle. I started looking into WLS and found a wonderful surgeon in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Very caring and knowledgable. Dr. Mirande performed RNY surgery on the 10th of April, 2006 and I am very pleased with my progress. Life is so much more FUN!
