Protein nutrition values

Can anybody help me with the nutrition values for proteins carbs sugars etc. I know we're all different and everybody is different , but that you can see where I had my surgery and how many years ago it was I'm trying to come up with the values for me to put into an app that I like to try to get close to I am now 215 pounds 57 I had

I had a stroke in July2019 and I do not remember the brand of even the proteins and I bought a lot off this site as well as Costco  can anybody help me out withvalyes to aim  for? I need to get this weight off to help me be able to walk since my stroke and willhelp with my recovery,
