I can't believe I'm down 40lbs! It is such a great feeling to know that I am succeeding. I actually feel sexy, and confident. I haven't felt this way in a long time! I'm proud of myself, and can't wait to be down at my goal weight. But for now, this is a great feeling.

 

My journey thus far has been long and hard ( that's what she said!!)hehehe, but it all has been worth it. I believe I am down about 27lbs in this Halloween picture.I felt so good about the way I looked that night, and I had soo much fun! I'm looking forward to losing more lbs. I feel so proud of what I've accomplished so far :)

When i began this weightloss Journey I was hopeful, but very scared of failing. On my surgery date I weighed more than I had ever weighed in my life 244lbs. I can't even believe this was me! I look back now and feel very pround of how far I've come. It's great to know that I have the tools in order to have successful and permenant weight loss!
