"I finally met Dr. Coates about 30 mins. before my surgery. He came out to talk with me and my family. He seemed nice. I asked him some questions and he gave me answers. He did come and check on me the next day to see how I was. He told me that he had second thoughts about my surgery because I had freaked out big time a couple days before the surgery. To me this says that he is not all about the money and that he had my best interest at heart. He knew that I was nervous and scared because I had never been in the hospital before. Everything went great and I feel that he is very competent at what he does!!!"
