Update to not at my goal

Hey yall, 

So officially now I'm 15months post up, not my goal. Currently, I weigh 168lbs and want to be 145 or 150lbs. I eat around 1,000-1100  calories and workout  4- 5, but for three months, I've been between 167- 168lbs. My protein has been 80grams and low carbs and water  64oz.  Advice and suggestions would be much appreciated. ????

Not at my goal need help

Hey this is my first post so yay

I'm am coming up on my 1year mark but think I'm hitting a plateau. My stats are 5'4 SW: 258 CW: 184 GW: 145 by summer. I eat on average, 800 calories and exercise at least four days a week, and more if I have enough free time. My workout is 35mins on the elliptical because I like the way I sweat. I do a low carb diet and get at least 80grams of protein each day and 64 oz of water per day. I use my fitness pal to document everything I eat. Now I entered the 180's starting mid-September and have been bouncing up and down. My dietitian wants me by 1000 calories because he says I would lose more weight. At this point, any advice is helpful. I want to reach my goal at my satisfaction.
