I started this process once before and decided to try a more natural approach but...its hard. Its hard because while working and going to school, time is limited. However, the main issue was finding a doctor or nutritionist that will guide you and show you what to do every step of the way (and be reasonably priced and/or accept insurance.)
My health problems began with some PEs or pulmonary embolisms. It seems that my health has rollercoastered from there and is on a current spiral headed down. I made the decision that I WILL do this! Despite the lack of support from family and friends, I know that the LORD has my back...
