I'm obsessed with the scale, obsessed with calorie counts, obsessed with anything with weight loss, and not in a healthy way. I've been sick recently, my bc started acting up because of the weight loss, and now allergies are kicking in. I'm ready to throw in the towel and say F it to weight loss.
