Hello, my name is Kandie and I am 35 yrs old. I'm a single mother of 1 son 5 yrs old. I have been overweight for the last 5 yrs. I'm interested in getting the lapband. I have been doing my research for about the last 6 months and I think this is something I can live with. I have done many diets and as you know they do not work. I do have an appointment to see the doctor so that I can finally get started. I'm just so excited about my new journey. I was told about this site months ago but never had time to come and check it out and now I'm here making my own page.
