2 weeks out

Today is 2 weeks out for me. Total lost is 12lbs. I feel pretty good about that. I just need to start exercising. I've been eating applesauce, refried beans, yogurt, and other things like that. I am starting to hate my protein drinks and might have to get the protein powder or the Isopures becaue the milkshakes shakes are just grossing me out. All my wounds are starting to scab over and last week the NP cleared me to start walking. Yay! Although I should have started last week, but as soon as I finish this-off for a walk I go.
