Karen-We struggle with weight loss all our lives. Exercise, even activity may not be our routine or part of jobs. I don’t know where you are in your search for health. You wont get platitudes from me. Get a positive look back on your reasons for beginning all this. Review them with eyes that look towards a goal you maybe cant see. Do it for your life. My effort towards health have been almost 60 years. RNY in 2006 helped. I didn’t teach myself to make exercise routine. I didn’t use pouch tools to include meats which would have helped with satiety. I have begun again, again. In the right direction. Drinking water all day long and getting a little more active each day. Sue
