Kathryn, Ketosis is a good thing. You want your body to be in a state of Ketosis.

Kathryn, I could not have said it better. The world as we know it is so very biased and prejudiced against people of size. I should know as a person that has two B.S. degrees and tons of experience, but was turned down for job after job when I was in the job market. This was because I was 325lbs. The only thing the employers could see at that time was laziness and sick time being used. They never once saw the person that I am. So to be offended or upset about someone obsessing about a size 6 is understandable. You just hang in there your day is coming and you will soon be on that losing side yourself. Blessings to you as you continue on your journey.

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.**Hugs**
