"My first impression of Dr. Lowe was a good one. He came in the room and made me feel very welcome. He took the time and answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed like I sometimes do at other doctor's offices. He was very polite and a strong christian man. I really respected him and he respected me. He made it very clear all of the risk involved but he made me feel like he was going to take excellent care of me. I would rate him overall 9 based on my first impression."
