Hellooo Peoples....I went to my preop and they said that the insurance hasn't come back yet approved... But... The surgeon wants me to start my Optifast on Tuesday. She scheduled my surgery for The 18th Of september. She said that my insurance will be back in a few days and she is sure it will be fine. So here we go.. My BORN Day is on the 18th. I will text as we get closer. I have made a meal planner up, and a tracker of protein and fluids so I can keep track of what I eat every day. I am going to go get the rest of my suppies tomorrow. Vitamins, Yogurts, Waters, etc... I did find a cheaper shake that ATKINS puts out. YOu get 4 of them for 5 bucks. It has 1 g of carb and 15 grams of sugar. Surgeon said it was perfect for afterwards.. OK I will write later..
