I think this surgery may have saved my life

 After having lost my weight and then some. I found a lump in my belly. Thinking it was my colon and watching my belly undulate, I thought I guess all skinny people can see there intestines move. Well that lump grew and I finally went to the Dr to have it checked out. I mean I felt silly, thinking he was gonna laugh at me and say, thoses are your bowels. Well he didn't, he sent me for a CT scan. I have 2 main "big " masses and some small ones. Lymphoma. So then off to have a biopsy to see what kind. In the mean time, my husband was having an angiogram, he has had 2 brain anurisms so they check him every 5 years. So my daughter drops him off at one end of town and takes me to the other.I get my biopsy and am told I can't drive or do much of anything for 24 hours and to just relax for the weekend. Which is what my husband is usually told too after an angio. So I come home and my daughter goes back to work. My SIL is here ready to go pick up my husband as soon as he calls. He went in at 6am so by 2pm I am wondering whats going on and by 3 I am worried to death. Finally around 4 I get a call from the hospital. The nurse says are you coming to the hospital. I told her no my SIL was coming. So she tells me she has to give meds and she will call me back with some questions. So she hangs up, and I'm wondering WTH??? So an hour later I start calling the hospital and they keep transferring me, till I get this lady. I said my husband is, and when can I come pick him up. She tells me he's in ICU and he had a stroke. I was in shock. It is something they warn you that can happen with this test, but it's never happened before. So finally I get his nurse in ICU. She tells me he is improving but he will be in overnite at least. So when my daughter gets home around 6:30 from work off to the hospital we go.I don't even have time to be upset over my own health because I am so worried about him. Oh yeah and to top it off.........he has another anurism. So as soon as he heals from this stroke he has to have brain surgery to clip it.
