Hello to all who have been there to support my incredible best friend during the time leading up to her surgery. She is now officially "on the other side." Her surgeon informed us that her procedure went well and there were no surprises. We finally got to see her after over 7 hours of terrible waiting, and she looked great!! While I will be with her here, every step of the way, I am counting on all of you to continue to support her as well. I am also a "loser" through the help of WLS, and so have a keen understanding of the first few days, weeks, and months after surgery, and learning about your "new" body. Again, thank you to all of you for your thoughts, prayers and well wishes! I'm sure Kim will be online to tell you all about her experience as soon as she is able.

Hi Kim! Congrats on your surgery tomorrow! I bet you are excited! Try to get some sleep tonight! LOL! Just hang in there!
