Self-Pay for VSG...Lender Suggestions - I will be financing part of the cost of my VSG.  Can anyone suggest reputable lenders for medical procedures with decent interest rates?  Thanks in advance.:)

Dr Price and Medicaid - Does anyone know if Dr. Price @ St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City accepts Medicaid?  I know he takes Medicare but not certain about Medicaid.  Thanks in avance for any info offered...
