I decided I needed a little workout boost, so I enlisted the help of a trainer.  I am meeting with her 2x's a week.  I think it will make a huge difference in my workouts.  
I stepped on the scale today and weighed 201.3 lbs. today.  That means I am down 84lbs!  
I am really on track to reach my goal of 134.  I just hope I can keep up with it at this pace.  I can't wait until summer.  
I have been shopping and it is so exciting to be able to sho in the regular section any store.  I still feel myself being drawn to the plus size cloths, but I know it's all in my head.  I can now wear a size 16/18 and an XL.  WOOHOO for me!
