I have my Surgery date so all I have to do is wait

Soo, i Have my surgery date and all my pre-op stuff is done. I have a list of stuff that i want to get done before surgery. I am excited and nervous, It is a little overwhelming to know your life is about to change. I am ready to lose weight but not so sure about how my life needs to change in order to keep of the weight. My date is June 16th and two weeks prior i have to start a 1000 cal a day diet, which will be extremely hard. It is time to get in the right state of mind! I am ready to lose, lose, lose!
