Hello all, i know it has been a long time since i posted but just been busy with school work and the kids. I thought that i would get in here early rather than late since my surgiversary is in two days. As for my weight i have gained a few pounds so i am from185-190 due to i have not been exercising like i know i should be but i am going to try and do better this year. i am now wearing some 11/12 but i still fit in all my 9/10, some are just kinda snug. I think that is it for now, i will try and post more often this year and hope everyone had a Happy New Year.

It has been a while since i have checked in, so just thought i would do this today since i had a few extra minutes. Well i have just been busy at work as usual and on vacation for most of the month of May. I went to,Vegas,then Puerto Rico for about a week and a half then came back got the kids and went to LA for a week. As for my weight i have not been exercising like i should so i have been fluctating between175-182 but i am okay with that because i still can where 9/10 and some 8's depending on the brand. Other than that everything is good with me and i will try and post next month after i come form Vegas, again.

I know it has been a minute but life comes @ you fast when you are on the loosers bench
. Any how just been busy with work, school, and the kids so have not been on here to much lately. I am getting ready to go to Vegas for my brother and daughters birthday party next month so i will make sure i post some new pictures. Well i went in for my one year check up on Monday, i know i am running late but had to reschedule a couple times. Well i weighed in @ 179 so that brings me to pre-op 18lbs, post-op 163 for a grand total of 181lbs lost, with only 4lbs to my goal. Now i'm thinking i need to set a new goal maybe 10-15lbs i don't know? because i am cool where i am at and i even fit some 8's, now i sure don't want to go any smaller, i am to tall and would not look good. All is well with the family and everything, i will try and be on time next month, until next time keep up the good work

Well, it is hard to believe that one year ago today I underwent a drastic change. I started this weighing in @ 360 loss 18lbs before sugery and surgery day I was 342. size 26/28. What a difference a year makes because today I am weighing in @ 186 and wearing a size 9/10, God is really good and I am so blessed. This would bring my grand total of weight loss to 174lbs gone with only 11lbs to go to my personal goal. Although, I passed my doctors personal goal about 16lbs ago and my first goal that I had set I passed about 14lbs ago. Now I wonder should I lower my goal maybe 18lbs instead of 11lbs? I'm not sure i will just see what ths upcoming year will bring me too.

Hello everyone i know it has been a minute but i have been busy with the holidays. Now that the holidays are about over i can get back on track. Yes i have been eating a lot of sugar and not dumping, i know that is bad, Anyhow as for the weight loss i am @ 187 and wearing size 9/10. I am very content at this size but my personal goal is to loose 12lbs to be @ 175. Well i don't think i will make it by my one year out date which is in 8 days but hopefully i will be there when i see my surgeon on February 11, Well i just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year and continue to work that tool in 2008.

Yeah, i know that i'm running kinda late but better late than never. Anyhow just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you know how the weight loss is going at the moment i am holding steady @193. i am still in a size 12 but i can get into some 10's depending on fabric. I olny have 18lbs to go to hit my personal goal of 175. I tink that will be good #,because everyone seems to think i will not look right because i am so tall but i think it will look perfectly fine. Well i tried to upload a picture from my phone at work, hope it came through, I will holla at y'all later.

Yes, once again i know i am late at posting. As for me all is going well weight loss has slowed down a lot but still loosing. I am currently in a size 12 and have passed my doctor's goal i have about 30 pounds to go to get to my own personal goal, other than that, life has been great, just wanted to do a quick update but since i am at work i will keep it short and try and update more often see ya later.

I know that i am way behind but you know i have noticed, on most peoples profile, once you have the surgery you just get so busy and i am the same way just been going everywhere. Anyhow, went on vacation for two weeks came back had to get the kids ready for school and just been going, going, going. Now as for the weight loss i havebeen doing a lot better with eating and not throwing up as much as i use to. i feel a lot better and have so much more energy i have lost 132 pounds post-op and 18 pounds pre-op so that brings my grand total to 150 pounds and i am not even 8 months. I thank the lord everyday because i am so blessed there is no way that this would have happened without the surgery. I will be going to the doctor on Monday for my 6 month check up, i know i am almost eight months but i had to reschedule twice because i was out of town so i will up date again on Tuesday. As for my doctors goal, I am only 8 pounds away but I'm still 40 pounds away from my personal goal. I have increased my exercise from 4 days a week to 6 days a week i try and walk at least 4 miles a day plus go i go to curves three times a week. I am now in a size 14 but i would like to drop two more sizes before my year out in January. Well people that is it for now, continue to work you tool and do your thang, see ya later.

Hello all, i know that i have not been posting as much as i used too, but been kinda busy.Funny how it seems that you have so many more things to do once you loose weight. Anyhow, my brother had the WLS surgery about a month ago and had some complications so had to go to Seattle for awhile to make sure he was okay. Happy to report he is out of the hospital and doing a lot better. Now i am getting ready to go on a cruise for a week to Jamaica. Although, i went on this same cruise last year, i can't wait to see how much more energy i will have and how different it will be since i can't eat all that food that they have everywhere(LOL.). My whole family, brothers, sister, sister-n-laws, nieces, nephews,cousins and friends will be going on the cruise. Our Family usually goes on a family trip once a year where the whole family gets together, like last year we went on a cruise to the Bahamas and lets just say, it was not one of my best vacations, so i can't wait to see what this year will bring. As For my weight loss, i have loss a 113 pounds post -op and 18 pre-op which brings my total weightloss to 131 pounds. i still have about 27lbs to my doctors goal and 54lbs to my goal so i am very happy that i am getting so close. However, i still have problems eating certain foods and still can only eat a very small amount of food, but i am not complaining and think that i am very blessed to be able to have had this surgery, so for all the pre-op i wish you the best of look on your journey and to the post-op continue to work that tool.

Well people i know it has benn a minute since my last post but i have benn kinda busy @ work and home som i have not been on here as much. but don't think i have forgt about my fam. Anyhow i am just two days late of my 5 month mark, and i must say that it has been a wonderful ride even though i had a few bumps in the road i would not change it for the world. Now my goal was to loose a 100lbs by 6month mark but i am pleased to announce that as of today i have lost 100lbs post -op. this is not including the 18 that i lost before surgery, that would put me @ 118lbs. i am so elated, even though i still can only eat a couple of spoonsful of food i am okay with that cause i love my tool. Went shopping this weekend @ my favorite store Macy's was able to by a missses 16 that was a wonderful feeling. havent been able to do this in years always had to go to womens dept. Anyway hope everyone continue to be blessed on your journey and enjoy the ride and work that tool.
