Here it goes I have lost 142 pounds,120 inches and went from a size 32 to a 14. I feel wonderful and am still losing. I had to have surgery last thursday becasue I was haveing some internal bleeding and couldn't keep anything down but they found the problem and i am much better now. I had a lot of scar tisssue that was forming tight bands around my intestens and I had adhesions and a few other issues, i am fine now though.

I have not updated in a long time so I thought I had better do so. I am now 6 months out and down 95 pounds. I am so excited I feel so much better. I am down about 10 clothes sizes. I am working and going to school, I start LPN school in August. I am happier now than I have been in a long time. 

I have not updted in a while sorry all I have been so busy with my kids one of us if not all of us have been sick for the past month. Now it is all of us hopefully this is the end of it.
I have been doing great with my weight loss I have lost 52 pounds and 50 inches. I feel great I really don't see the change but everyone else does. I get compliments all the time about how great I look. It is hard to beleive that I have 25 pounds left to go till I have eached my half way mark to my goal. My family is getting noticing the changes the most and are working hard at the gym so I don't pass them up!!! It feels great to be getting closer and closer to not being the biggest in the family.

Well I made it through Thanksgiving I had an episode of throwing up for the first time but that was because I tried to eat a homemade dinner roll and it didn't stay down to long but other than that I am feeling alright.
Last week I had to go to the hospital because I felt lousy and my doctor was worried thta my kidneys where shutting down I had tons of blood work done to determine that my kidneys are fine but that I was severly dehydrated so they pumped me full of fluids and sent me home I felt so much better.
I say Dr. H on the 7th he assured me that i am doing great and he gave me my first B12 shot I have to say I feel so much better since I received that shot. I have a lot more energy than before. I am also guilty of not taking my vitamins when they had to be chewable now I can have pill form and I have been taking them everyday and I feel so much better. I have started losing weight again since I have started eating regularly I had a fear of hurting myself so I wasn't eating very much now that I have gotten over that fear and am eating several times a day I have started losing weight who would have thought that I would not lose weight from not eating and lose weight from eating! Go figure. I have as of today lost 31 pounds and a lot of inches I have not measured in a while but plan on it either today or tomorrow. Last count was 23 inches.

I have hit a plateau but I am losing inches I have lost a total of 23 inches and I am so excited about that. I have started walking a little more and I feel great. I didn't really eat very much today just didn't feel like it. I went shopping for Thanksgiving today my mother does all the cooking so I try and help out by buying the food for her. Besides that, that way I can buy everything sugar free!!! My entire family is coming in town for dinner so I have to be there I am going to eat very slow and enjoy the company more than the food this year I am really looking forward to this. We will see how it goes.

I have officially lost 25 pounds in 6 days that is CRAZY I don't know where it is coming off at but the scale says it is. I took my measurments and I have lost 9 inches. I knew this would work but NEVER expected it to come off so fast.

I made it through surgery and I am now on my road to recovery I am sore and tired but I am doing fine. I have lost 10 pounds since my surgery I am so excited 10 pounds in 4 days I have never done that. I will try and keep this updated I am just feeling really lazy today. But not to worry I am getting my walking in.

Today is my big day I am excited but scared too. I want to thank everyone for there support here it has been more than I ever could have imagined and some. Thank you  it has been a long time since I actually felt cared about by complete strangers you all are great.
My surgery starts at noon I have to be at the hospital at 10 we have about a hour and a half drive so I am glad I got an afternoon appointmant. I am not a real morning person. I just wanted to make one last post before I go in today.

I am getting everything ready now for my surgery tomorrow I am getting scared and starting to second guess myself in a way I wish today would hurry up so I could just get this done and over with but it will come soon enough i guess.
I had to drink an entire bottle of Magnesium Citrate and it is so nasty I am not sure I will be able to keep it down I had to force myself to drink it.

I have been looking for a good protein and I think I have found the one. I was in GNC looking at tons of stuff and I bought a few samples and was getting ready to walk out of the store and realized that I was really thirsty and I had seen a cooler with cold drinks in it was but I was so busy looking at other things that I didn;t pay it much mind.  Then when I realized I was thirsty I thought about it so I turned around and went  to this cooler looking for some water or something and all they had was energy drinks and a few high protein drinks so I took a minute to read the lables of a few of these energy drinks and low and behold there was a fruity drink that was 20 oz but it had 40grams of protein in thsi bottle I thought now if this tastes good then I have just found my solution, so leary I bought it and got in the car and opened it, tasted it and it was great. It was kind of expensive but it is almost all of the protein that I need in one day. It will also help me get my water so I came home and ordered some online and i am so excited I thought I would share this with everyone. The name of it is Nature's best zero carb Isopure, I have tried the Alpine punch but I have ordered the Frosty grape. I really liked the Alpine punch though.
