Hope that you are all doing well... Getting Healthy and Happy

As for me, doing quite well... It's now been a little over 7 months since surgery.  I'm down 137 lbs since I began this journey ( 96 lbs of that since surgery on Aug 1st 08) I feel very blessed that things have gone as well as they have for me. I am able to eat just about anything in modoration (never knew what that word meant before this surgery) that is the tool that has been a complete blessing for me...  and also there are certain things that I may eat (stuff that I shouldn't be having anyhow)  that make me feel sick...  but just enough to remind me, that I know better and it helps me think twice before I eat it again...
Life is good


The energy is amazing !!     I can move in ways that I forgot that I can move...cross my legs?? no problem :) Just bought a bicycle, can I ride it? Heck yeah, and it feels soooo good :)  Afraid of going to a resturant and not fitting in the booth ?  not anymore :)   Does my tummy rub against my stirring wheel when I drive ? nope - I even have to put my seat up some now...:)               these lil' things mean SOOOO much  !!
