Confused

Hi All

Had gastric 5 years ago and best thing I ever did...had plastic surgery a year ago.  I now feel like I am doing everything I am suppose to do as far as exercise etc.  Now I am having problems with my passing out etc.  I was tested last week and am told I have very low blood sugar.  Feel like every time I crawl over one wall I hit another.  Any suggestions?
