Im down 3 more lbs since the 18th of January.Grand total lost 107 lbs.Its getting more and more difficult for the weight to come off.I am working out everyday cardio and weight lifting alternate days.Ive noticed an increase in my appetite and struggle with hunger.I write everything down I eat to keep a record and keep me on track.Its going to be a long journey to the end.
